Apple CEO takes leave of absence

So what does it say about a company when the CEO takes a leave of absence and all the news and blog sites freak out and the stock tanks.
To me this means this company does not have any longevity. That once this CEO steps down it will only be a matter of time before the company crumbles. A CEO should be able to be replaced and the company still function. It shouldn’t cause a giant uproar among the community.
This situation scares me to some extent. Just like any other position in a company in order to keep the business flowing and working as usual you should have a well trained and qualified back up. This is simply to keep the company running in case of emergency.
Most companies won’t let their top management ride in the same plane together. The reason for this is so that if the plane crashes the head is not cut off the organization. So with this in mind all business leaders should take this approach to ensure continuity.
Next step after ensuring your company won’t collapse just because a leader is no longer with you is to have a plan of action when that leader leaves. The person taking over that position should be able to step right in an set everyones minds at ease. At this point Steve Jobs is taking a leave, stock tumbling, temp CEO is stepping into the role and nothing has been said publicly to calm the nerves of investors. This speech or news release should have been done immediately once the news about the leave of absence was found out or released. This could have ensured minimal disruption to business.
I don’t work to ensure today is successful I work to ensure everyday from here to the end of the end is successful. Why put your company at risk just because something unforseen happens.

So people want to know how much I charge for a website. Then they ask about those ads on Craiglist for the cheap websites. Well here is one example. "I am developing websites on Wordpress, Joomla, E-commerce engines and scripts. My prices are started from 29$ per website.

So you wonder why I don’t charge 29 dollars for a whole website. Well remember you get what you pay for. In this lovely message above they talk about being your content writer but yet in their ad they say "I can write you content". So if you have an ad and it has incorrect grammar and words in it then what kind of a content writer do you expect this person to be.
I do custom site development. I don’t use templates and I don’t use packaged products. I hand code all the functionality for your site or application. When something goes wrong I know how to resolve it since I wrote. If this persons Joomla site has a problem then they have to go to joomla and read the forums to hopefully find the answer.
So please don’t be taken by someone like this that has no business saying they can develop websites. Just because a person can edit a word document doesn’t mean they are an author.
